📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining a positive candidate experience.,Assist in data entry and maintenance of recruitment records.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
