📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
