📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors to manage HR data and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR or workforce planning.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HRIS tools and experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
