In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.,Provide expert advice on stainless steel products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.,Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory, sales performance, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in in-store promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of stainless steel products and industry trends.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
