📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Calculate and analyze production costs using SAP and Excel
- Monitor HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive profit analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the production team to gather and analyze financial data
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures
- Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in job costing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
