📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on nutrition and dietary management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices.
• Utilize EHR and nutrition assessment software to document patient care and track progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of hospital-wide nutrition policies.
• Provide support to the nutrition department during peak times, such as during hospital admissions or discharges.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nutrition education programs for hospital staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical nutrition setting.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using EHR and nutrition assessment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with patient education and counseling.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cultural and dietary practices.
