📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Provide support to senior training officers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
