Hotel Fitri Health Center is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the fleet, as well as coordinating transportation services for the organization.

This is a remote position, allowing for a flexible work environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organization while enjoying the benefits of remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Coordinate transportation services for employees and guests, ensuring timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers, and ensure they are fully qualified and compliant with all regulations.
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance, and ensure timely completion of all work.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all vehicles in the fleet.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
