📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are trained in emergency procedures.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
