Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive for our Park Operations team at Bird Paradise. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading wildlife conservation and education organization in Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our park, ensuring the well-being of our animal residents, and delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the park, including animal care, facility maintenance, and visitor services.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the park.
  • Manage a team of park staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of animal care and visitor experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards for animal welfare.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support park operations.
  • Monitor and report on park performance, including financial and operational metrics.
  • Lead and participate in conservation and education initiatives to promote the park's mission.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the park and its visitors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in park operations, animal care, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing park operations and animal care.
  • Strong knowledge of animal welfare laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with wildlife conservation and education principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, zoology, animal science, or a related discipline).
