📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of efficiency and safety,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations,Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and generate reports as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software,Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
