Tanggung Jawab:
Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children.Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the well-being and progress of the children in your care.Monitor and assess the progress of children, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and attendance.Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Promote a positive and supportive culture within the playschool community.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other staff members.Native or fluent English speaker, as English will be the primary language of instruction.Valid teaching certificate or equivalent, if applicable.Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young children.🛠️ Keahlian
