📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and prepare daily menus in collaboration with the head chef.,Supervise and coordinate with other kitchen staff to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine preferred.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
