📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
