PT Pilar Rahayu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

As a Lead Tax Consultant, you will work closely with our team of tax professionals, mentoring and developing their skills, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our firm.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
  • Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and mentorship to junior tax professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm, by identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative tax solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest changes and updates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative tax solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
  • Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in working with multinational clients is a plus.
