In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet production and sales requirements.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and plans.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
