📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with project managers and other team members to resolve cost-related issues.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.,Provide support to the accounting team in financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and project management principles.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and spreadsheet applications.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Cost estimation software (e.g.CostXProjexor similar).Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).Project management tools (e.g.MS ProjectPrimavera).Financial analysis and reporting.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong numerical and analytical skills.
