📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating applications to identify qualified candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.,Providing feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
