- Monitor and optimize production processes using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the Mill Manager.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or a similar industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Certification in HACCP or ISO 22000 is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
