📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any challenges or conflicts.
• Ensure the project meets all regulatory and client requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMAP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in Kalimantan Timur.
