📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and investment opportunities in Bali's commercial real estate sector.
• Evaluate potential investment and development projects, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence for industrial logistics projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with capital markets and industrial logistics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices in commercial real estate and industrial logistics.
• Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans and business cases for capital markets and industrial logistics initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, industrial logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience with real estate investment analysis and industrial logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
