📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles.
• Present vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions, including paperwork and financing arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using our VMS and CRM software.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Promote our dealership and brand through various marketing initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Chery vehicles and the latest automotive trends is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
