You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for guest amenities and supplies.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setups and guest accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
• Work closely with the hotel manager to ensure all operations run smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
