• Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences by understanding and anticipating their needs.
• Curate personalized concierge services, including dining reservations, spa treatments, and cultural activities.
• Organize and execute bespoke events and weddings, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure consistent delivery of luxury services across all properties.
• Utilize Salesforce and Cvent to manage guest interactions and event logistics efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging luxury travel experiences to keep our offerings fresh and innovative.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end setting.
• Strong knowledge of Bali's cultural heritage and local attractions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Cvent is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
