In this role, you will assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration of their systems with our POS solutions. You will also provide technical support to merchants, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on system usage. This internship offers a comprehensive look into the operations of a tech-driven company, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the onboarding process for new merchants, including system configuration and setup.
• Provide technical support to merchants, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance on system usage.
• Document merchant onboarding processes and system configurations for future reference.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient merchant onboarding.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal operational documentation.
• Support the operations team in monitoring and maintaining system performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
• Assist in the training of new hires and providing on-the-job training to interns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
