📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with developmental challenges.
Collaborate with families to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's needs and progress.
Create and maintain detailed treatment records using specialized software.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Provide ongoing support and training to ABA aides and therapists.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for the exam.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Experience working with children with developmental challenges.
Proficiency in using ABA software such as ProAba, The Behavior Store, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
